Class Etiquette Note: Girls must wear leotards, shorts are optional. Hair must be tied back. Boys can gym in shorts and snug t-shirt. Any new student who skill level is above the classes described is, encouraged to contact the front desk to be assessed for appropriate class placement.

Pre-School Classes
Children ages 2 to kindergarten

Morning stars (Girls and Boys 2-3 years old) - $48/month
Parent participation required. This class is designed to acclimate children to the gym setting in a positive and fun environment. Children in this class learn to follow directions, develop basic social skills, develop gross motor skills and build lots of self confidence. Morning stars is a perfect way to spend time with your child. This is also a great place for "shy" or "reluctant to participate" 3 year olds.

Twinklers (Girls and Boys 3-4 years old) - $48/month
This preschool program is designed to increase your child's self confidence and to further develop social skills, coordination and muscle development. This is accomplished with use of age appropriate apparatus and skill progressions. Eye/hand coordination activities enhance the learning environment.
Class 1: Wednesdays [10:20am-11:10am]
Class 2: Wednesdays [1:00pm-1:50pm]
Class 3: Thursdays [9:30am-10:20am]
Class 4: Thursdays [6:20pm-7:10am]
Class 5: Fridays [9:30am-10:20am]

Sparklers (Girls and Boys 4 years old) - $48/month
The skill progressions in this class are more in depth and a healthy attention span is required. Children are placed in this class by teacher recommendations only.

Comets (Girls 5 years old - kindergarten) - $50/month
This class is just like the "big kids" class.  The difference is that class time is abreviated to accommodate kindergarden attention spans.

School-Aged Recreational Program
The following classes are for children in 1st grade and up

Blue (Girls 6 & up) - $55/month
This is a fun pre-beginner level for a child who has no prior gymnastics experience. Movement and skill progressions are accomplished through games and the use of all gymnastic apparatus.

Class 3: Thursdays [4:20pm-5:30pm]

Ebony (Girls 6 & up) - $55/month
USA Level 1. This class is designed to encourage the beginning gymnast to try new skills and build character by working on skill progressions that may take a little time to master. Skills are broken down into progressions so a positive learning curve is achieved. Teacher recommendation only.

Red (Girls 6 & up) - $55/month
USA Level 2. Children in this class are in a developmental stage between beginner and intermediate level skills. A little more focus on strength and technique will be emphasized to help them prepare for the future levels. Lots of games and "challenge stations" will be utilized to keep enthusiasm high. Teacher recommendation only.

Gold (Girls 6 & up) - $55/month
Admission into this class is by teacher recommendation only.  All students in this class will be working advanced skills on all apparatus. Backhandsprings and running tumbling passes are also emphasized.

Green
This is the most advanced level for the recreational gymnast. Advanced skills such as round-off backhandsprings are required to enter the class.

Class 2: Thursdays [7:10pm-8:20pm] *this class has an emphasis on tumbling skills
Class 3: Fridays [4:30pm-5:40pm]

Sports of All Sorts (Boys Ages 5-7 years) - $50/month
For boys ages 5–7 years! A class that blends all the strength and conditioning aspects of gymnastics with seasonal sports! The curriculum is structured so the boys are always moving and improving strength and cardio while learning the rules and techniques of all sorts of sports! Please note: Class is only offered during the fall 2 and winter sessions.
